Israeli violin virtuoso, conductor, and master-instructor. Itzhak Perlman was born in Tel Aviv August 31, 1945. He studied at the Shulamit Conservatory and at the Academy of Music in Tel Aviv. He move to United states to at the Juilliard School with the great violin pedagogue, Ivan Galamian, and his assistant Dorothy DeLay.
